CAD Design
Computer-aided design is the use of computers to aid in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization of a design. This software is used to increase the productivity of the designer, improve the quality of design, improve communications through documentation, and to create a database for manufacturing.
3D Wax Printing
3D printing with wax is used to create a precise 3D mold out of a 3D file thanks to the 3D lost wax casting technique. The casting process mainly allows to produce customizable jewelry of very high quality and 3D design complexity in various printing materials, such as precious metals.
Lost Wax Casting
Lost-wax casting (also called “investment casting”, “precision casting”, or cire perdue which has been adopted into English from the French, pronounced [siʁ pɛʁdy]) is the process by which a duplicate metal sculpture (often silver, gold, brass or bronze) is cast from an original sculpture.
Stone Setting
The objective when stone setting is to use the minimum amount of material necessary to secure the gem. In doing so the setter must provide maximum durability while the gemstone jewelry is being worn.
